I would start by checking the options that are set for Get Database Schema when initiating the Apply Model Changes to Database. This screen has a large number of option that need some practice to use.

In the Database Generation dialog box, go to Schema on the left hand site, and deselect it. Deselecting it here, will exclude this object from the database generation.
